I opened a PDF. Highlighted in yellow a few words. Underlined everything important, relating to it. Saved the file. Opened the PDF with Adobe Reader and printed those pages. The pages printed had the words highlighted in yellow and sections underlined. I then reopened the PDf and was able to delete all the changes I made, (one at a time) then save the file again.The free version works. I can only imagine the other options available.
